Exercise is important, so get up right now and shake it!! Doesn't matter what you do - as long as you are moving. Stand up while you are watching TV and do some step-touches. Throw in a spin on commercial breaks. After a while, you'll start to see how different types of moving have a different effect on your body and you'll find the right combination of movements to start seeing results.
