Exercise is important, so get up right now and shake it!! Doesn't matter what you do - as long as you are moving. Stand up while you are watching TV and do some step-touches. Throw in a spin on commercial breaks. After a while, you'll start to see how different types of moving have a different effect on your body and you'll find the right combination of movements to start seeing results. NOTE: Consult your doctor or licensed medical professional before making changes to your diet, exercise or medical treatment programs.

Some things you can do today:

  • Drink more water. And then more.

  • Stretch! Whenever you can. Click the button if you need help!

  • Make time! Even if it's just 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening. Can't break free from your kids? Do a workout they can join in, or have a 30 minute dance party!
