Smile more and greet your neighbors and passers by. Science proves smiling and laughing releases endorphins, reduces cortisol levels, and increases oxygen intake. Your body doesn't know the difference between a fake smile and a real one, so fake it 'til you make it!

Clean out your life! Get rid of the stuff you don't need or use. Visual stimulation can add stress; make your home a calming environment by eliminating excess or keeping your "projects" out of sight until you are ready for them
